As a acrylic painter of 39 years, I like to pick a book of new technics in order to keep from getting 'too rigid' in my paintings.
Not only is the book easy to understand, there's the bonus paint cards! The 'recipe' cards are to assist one in getting easy but good results. I like Donna's approach to guiding one into a fun experience.
This book has everything you need to paint landscapes with Donna's one stroke. The pictures are great and directions are easy to follow.
the book was great i would recommend it to anyone who enjoys painting very helpful the book has alot os good suggestions and great things to paint and tells you how to paint as well as colors to use
After receiving my copy I painted a waterfall scene on a piece of slate. Once my 10 year old granddaughter saw it she had to have it because it reminded her of a special place she had been to on a family vacation. I was thrilled that she liked it so much. This book is a must have for my collection. Glad I bought it.
It is informative, gives great ideas and shows colors with different photos. I am learning the One Stroke Painting Technique and I bought it to add to my collection and to get new ideas. GREAT BOOK.
