What i like about this book is because it will give you all the information you need to know about working out, i got the first version a few days before i got this and i love it! i could read these books all day, i originally saw this at borders for 40 dollars, but saw this deal and had to get it! it also gives you different types of workouts to do for every kind of goal you can do with working out such as losing fat or gaining weight in muscle, great book!!

well i gave it average because scwarzennegger encycolpedia is so much better i bought both of them and i rarely use this mainly because im a amateur bodybuilder and i need descriptions of each exercises and this dosent have so is not complete A to Z it only has a chapter about THE BIG SEVEN best exercises overall that the only description u will get...and the chapter TRAINING WITH THE SUPERSTARS wich is only like mini biography of famous bodybuilders talking about the favorites exercises and what did they do to improve but they dont show u how to do it..
Because its made from a magazine it look like one and feels like one just a 800 page magazine if u are not new to the sport there is good info here..but if ur starting o wouldnt recomend it
