REview: My wife is a big Er fan, and we are in process of getting all the seasons. We did not have season four, so decided to get it and add it to our collection. We were glad to get a new copy, in DVD, and hope it lasts a long time.
I started watching ER in august i rented the first season at a local video store and i was (hooked)!!! but unfortunately they only had season one. so i went and bought seasons 2,3,4,5,6,7 and am currently waiting on the 8th to be released. this series is the best drama show on television.
This Series was a big part of my childhood...every time the show was on we all gathered around to watch...even counted down until it came on...my dad was always leaving the room being grossed out by the blood but i loved it....very sad day when i saw the last episode!
There is a reason why this series was on TV many years. It is not like actual hospital scenes, instead it is fast and action packed. This as opposed to real hospital "er" scenes, which is slow and dreary. This is something that you can really "sink your teeth in." The strength of this series is that you are watching a great esemble cast that clicks well together. You can relate your own hospital experiences to what you see in this series. Great home entertainment.
This season is full of action and drama. The creator did a good job with life-like situations. I highly recommend this series to anyone who hasn't seen it.
