This is a showcase coin whether in mintstate or proof and especially so in 70.
All American citizens will be proud to show off this coin due to the minute detail, the mints care in the die preperation, and the care in handling after striking.
This coin depicts one of the greatest bulidings in our nations history and does so in a manner that even in minature form brings out pride of freedom started by thirteen small colonies two hundred years ago.
Although this is a relatively inexpensive coin, the subject matter, the pride of country, and the Capitals place in our history make it one of the top two or three must have modern commorative coins to have in your collection.
Happy collecting everyone!
