Dell UltraSharp 2407WFP LCD Monitor - Black & Silver

This was actually the 2407WFP-HC. I have three of these monitors and this is the only HC I have; it makes we want get rid of my non-HCs. The color is more vibrant. These are expensive monitors if bought brand new, I think I payed 800 for my first one a few years back. I bought this one from the dell store on ebay, which was refurbished for like 150 bucks. Not a bad deal. You can get newer better models nowdays but why spend all that money unless you need crazy resolutions and very low response times. I game BF3 across three monitors and have no issues, it looks amazing. The only con is these models do not have HDMI ports in the back. Not a big issue though, you still have componet and dvi ports on the back.

The good: Excellent image quality; full array of video ports; picture-in-picture and picture-by-picture options; USB hub; HDCP.
The bad: Slightly wobbly base; onscreen menu is tricky to navigate.
The bottom line: Dell's 24-inch wide-screen LCD delivers excellent image quality and a ton of connectivity options, including video inputs and picture-in-picture settings. Add in a great price, and the Dell UltraSharp 2407WFP is the best value in its class.
The Dell UltraSharp 2407WFP, a 24-inch wide-screen LCD, is another solid entry into Dell's updated UltraSharp monitor line. This $949 monitor boasts plentiful features and connections, excellent image quality, and all the adjustability we could ask for in a monitor of this size. The Philips Brilliance 230WP7 and the Samsung SyncMaster 244T come close to the Dell UltraSharp 2407WFP's performance, but they both cost hundreds more and don't come close to matching the Dell's connectivity options or overall bang for the buck.
