Great 7" tablet for the price, I wouldn't trade it for any other 7" tablet.

Before I start, I need to explain something. This is a 7" tablet, not a 10" tablet. If you want a 10", buy a 10". For me the 7" form factor was preferable. I already have a larger tablet, and I find that the 7" form factor leads me to bring it with me more places and more often.

Compare this 7" tablet with other 7" tablets and there's hardly any comparison. You can forget the no-name off-brand Chinese imitations. You can get a used Dell Streak 7 for about $250, and you get so much more than the Chinese tablets have to offer.

Five Reasons You'll Love the Dell Streak 7:
First: Capacitive Touch Screen is soooooo much better than cheap resistive.
Second: GPS built-in - the Chinese tabs just don't have it.
Third: 16 GB of built-in storage, PLUS an SD card slot for up to 32 GB more that you can swap in and out with ease.
Fourth: Full Android Market - the Chinese tabs come with bogus markets and incomplete app lists
Fifth: Dual Core 1Ghz processor - not 600Mhz or 800Mhz single core, like most of the Chinese tabs

The only 7" tablet that compares in features and quality is the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7, and it is about $50-100 more on the used market. The only thing it has that the Streak 7 doesn't is a higher resolution screen. Personally, I don't see a need for it. Could you tell the difference side-by-side: probably. Is it important: probably not.

Also for you modders and hackers out there, an aftermarket Honeycomb ROM is available for the Streak 7 already.

Pros: 1. A powerful Tegra 2
Two. Quality build, in his hands like a glove - the buttons are conveniently located.
Three. SD full-size - you can just fold fotika on the tablet. + The speed of the above.
4. 16Gb on board.

6. Two cameras 1.3 + 5 Mp.
7. Skype works with a bang.
Eight. There is a GPS module.
9. Can be charged from the cigarette lighter in your car, even during work (need to buy a USB charger for 2Ampera.) That is, device can easily be used as a navigator. The main card for the previous load. Since the this model without 3G.

Disadvantages: 1. It is difficult to find what or accessories (charger, cable, carrying case, docking station)

Dell Streak 7 tablet is a great deal

I have owned several Android tablets, and this one is the best. I recently got rid of a 10 inch tablet because it is awkward to hold and type on the touch screen keyboard. The Dell Streak 7 is the PERFECT size, small enough to hold with both hands and STILL be able to reach all keys with your thumbs. The DS7 also has Bluetooth if you want to connect to a keyboard or wirelessly tether to your cell phone. Also, be aware that YOU CAN UPGRADE TO HONEYCOMB - even the T-Mobile model - you don't need to "unlock" it. Just install Clockwordmod and install the STOCK ROM. That is really the key here - the DS7 running standard Honeycomb. I have tried some of the "custom" ROMs and they are awful in my opinion - avoid them at all costs - they are a waste of time. The DS7 running stock Honeycomb is an amazing experience. Very quick. Runs Netflix and Skype flawlessly. All other standard apps run really well. For the price, you can't get any better specs for the money. Forward facing VGA camera, rear hi-def camera, Bluetooth, GPS. Blows the Kindle Fire away.

Good and Economic Tablet. Overal 75/100.

This tablet is quite fast, easy to use due to is Android powered, to watch videos is very good, but is not full high definition (only 720p), camera should be very good but in mine looks like below 5 megapixels (appears to be about 2M) maybe because of mine is refurbished. Applications run fast, I have not used yet all of installed. I made installed an Internet and data plan with SMS/MMS that run very good and fast.
