I bought this player because it had an iPod style display and large capacity for mp3s. It worked flawlessly for a couple of weeks, and then the hard drive locked up. Being used, it could very well be years old and probably had been dropped a couple of times also. Perhaps hard drives aren't suited for portable mp3 players.
This is a great music player for the money. I own 3 of them for the price of 1 of the other brand. Plays all formats of music.
I bought 2 of the DJ 20 Digital Media Player for my grandaughters because i purchased one for myself after my son purchased one for himself. My favorite thing about it is the volume of songs that it holds and how easy it is to use. The sounds it great.
I bought one of these a few years ago on Ebay, filled it up with audiobooks and Radio Mystery Theater episodes...now I need one for my music. Love the duability of it (I have dropped mine a few times with no damage) and the ease of hooking it up to my computer. I have a couple other mp3 players that I have my music on now, one takes a triple a battery daily, and another one won't hold all my music.
If I didn't like it, would I be buying another one? IMHO, this is a very good product.
well first off it was a 30gb but the seller had the description on the back covewred with velcro so... For me it was a steal. Especially since these thing run for around $150.
You have to sync it before playing media or it gives you a copryright message. The features are great. Easy to use!
