I enjoy driving and listening to audiobooks. I have read and listened to several of Nicholas Sparks books. They are very romantic from a male view. They are often faith based. This book is no exception. It is a moving story of young adult love, child parent love, and love for others with a surprise ending. I was sad that the book was over. This book will go on my list of books that I will listen to again. Dear John provides a wondrful listening pleasure. It is highly recommended. I can't wait to listen to another Nicholas Sparks book.

) Love the reader's voice, although I cannot remember his name. Like Nicholas Sparks books. Usually have a twist at the end, this one did. An audiobook I can listen to with kids in the car. Entertaining for them as well.

) Get out the kleenex. This was a great book. A definate to listen too. I have never been disappointed in Nicholas Sparks and love audio books. The narrator was super and very expressive.
I bought it to listen to while my husband and I were on a long road trip.

) Very good book! I wanted to read it before I saw the movie and it is a super quick read. I read it in an 8 hour straight time period. I couldnt put it down until I finished it. I have read a few other Nicholas Sparks books and this one is typical Sparks. Intense love and heartache. The movie is varies slightly from the book.
