I have seven Dewalt Battery powered tools and like them all. They are very handy and by being able to change batteries from tool to tool it allows me to do many things without having to have a battery for each one. These tools are well made and very dependable

) THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST DRILL/IMPACT COMBOS ON THE MARKET.EVERY DEWALT TOOL I HAVE HAS OUTPERFORMED AND OUTLASTED THE OTHER BRANDS.THE 18 VOLT TYPE HAVE PLENTY OF POWER.BUYING A COMBO KIT LIKE THIS IS A BIG SAVINGS OVER SEPARATE TOOL AND BATTERY PURCHASES.

Good for home, bad for work

Item is great for home and minor workshop applications. But if you want it to do your real workshop do not buy this get a Dewalt with full metal transmission and the ones with lit-ion battery. This one has plastic transmission and it will fail way before the chuck setting stops the trigger.
