This dance exercise video is a lot of fun and easy to follow. Jennifer Galardi is really cute and very likeable in the video... and she isn't annoying, like most of the other instructors on DVD. I would recommend this for any female looking to workout in her home, ever now and then, but probably not for an every day activity. It would get old very quickly... but it's fun for now!!!
I bought this DVD because I used to dance and I love it. I tend to workout more often with different workouts and fun workouts. This was a very good investment for me. The steps are super easy for me to follow, it was really fun to do and even though I was sweating and I could feel it in my legs... I wanted to do it again! If you like to dance, this DVD should definitely be considered.
I really enjoy this dvd. If you're looking for hip hop moves to use in the clubs, this is the wrong one for you. The moves aren't club worthy, but they are fun with lots of hip action & also includes an african & salsa move in there too. Great way to burn off calories, without feeling like exercise.
music not good hoping to be more of a dance work out with really good hip hop music more fast paste glad to see slow moves to teach steps but need to go faster with real hip hop music when exercise routine starts
I love this workout dvd it gets you dance and having fun. I want to be in the best shape and want to learn in exercise and ideas for fitness instead of practicing or using the same rountine over and over.
