Need more like this!

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

Best dance exercise dvd I have bought so far! Clear instruction section to practice and a routine that will actually get your heart beating. Most of the dance programs I have seen seem to be for fun instead of exercise but with this I actually broke a sweat! Great dvd!

Dance It Off and Firm Up

Great way to waste away the pounds and having fun doing it - Rare thing anymore. Great to have some one out there making it fun for someone to loose the weight. Getting it off ebay was just as fun. So this is recommended to any one who wants to get in shape for summer.
