The product that i bought is in good shape, other than the control knob being completely off, but that was described only if you looked in the pictures. I didn't see it anywhere on the main page, until I say the pictures.
Other than that, the product is in great shape, it works for the parts that are actually still on there and it a little frustrating when I'm in the view pictures and video mode and I can't get back to the video/camera.
This is why i've rated this product average cause i can deal with defects but there is a limit. this one is in the yellow zone.
i like it i got it for my girl at a grate price. looks clear love the construction. takes up alot of memory but i think that can be adjusted.
