Bill Cosby in a Father Knows Best kind of way...

Long-running popular comedy television series about the Huxtable family. Doctor Heathcliff Huxtable and Clair Huxtable, a happily married couple, are raising their children (Sondra, Denise, Theodore, Vanessa, and Rudy). The two oldest daughters eventually live successful adult lives and get married (Sondra to Elvin and Denise to Martin). As the children get older, the family gets larger and, to the chagrin of Cliff, keep on coming back home when he wants them to move out and live on their own for good. In one of the more memorable shows of this season Denise decides it's time to head off to college.

the cosby show season 2

this is another one of my favorites, bill cosby and the kids do such a great show its like running my house the same way but he handles it a lot better than i do, but you learn from theses shows, they kind of teach you how to handle different things that do go on in the house hold,sure you cant handle it an a half hour in real time but the show kind of shows you how to handle it, and in most cases it really works,a raised 5 children in my home as well and its does go threw its up and downs daily, but my children grew up on cosby and the kids and they still watch them as adults and you know my kids came out pretty good because in real time to tv time they get what they say on tv and they learn from it and in the long run its worth it no familys are perfect but thats why we have tv not just to entertaine us,but to teach our children about the way things should be, i would tell all familys with big familys let the kids watch the cosbys shows there a wonderful tv family with great tv values

The Cosby Show - Season 2 (2006, DVD)

It's the best sitcom on TV, ever...what's not to like? I'd seen the show when I was growing up and my wife hadn't seen one episode. We don't watch a lot of TV since there's not a lot of quality these days, but The Cosby Show is high quality and also entertaining. We wanted to get the whole series, so we started looking on Ebay for them since we can find them new or used and at a lower cost than in the stores. It might be between two and five dollars, but with eight or nine seasons, the savings add up.

This was the best TV show ever, I am so glad it finally came out on DVD sets and not over priced either. Great role models for all ages and makes you laugh in ever episode. I could watch these over and over hundred times, brings back so many memories of growing up. Love,love,love this show. Excellent price for the box set also. I cant wait to watch the next season set.A great gift for those who loved this show back in the day also.
