The Greatest New Comedy on Television!!!

What's not to like? Great ensemble cast, including comic legend Chevy Chase, and Joel McHale, from The Soup. One of the most talked about new sitcoms, that already has some classic episodes. Community is probably the best sitcom to come along since Two and a Half Men, and that show has been on for awhile! 25 episodes, 4 discs, and 90 minutes of special features. I love how original and creative this show is. Community is one of the few shows that my girlfriend and I can agree on.

The reason I bought this item was because I am a big The Office show fan and when Community first came out it came on after The Office and ever since the first five minutes of when the show started I was hooked, I think Community is really funny, the cast is great. I think it's a good show for ages 16 and up. Chevy Chase is hilarious as he always is. Joel McHale's character Jeff is very funny seeing as he is the star of the show but has a great supporting cast in Donald Glover, Alison Brie, Danny Pudi, Gillian Jacobs, Yvette Nicole Brown, John Oliver, Jim Rash, and the hilarious Ken Jeong, who took this show to the next level after making his appearance as the Spanish teacher. I think this show is better than 30 Rock, but second to The Office.

What a great show. I really enjoyed my purchase of this box set from season 1. If you like The office or 30 rock you will like Community. It has a great cast and alot of humor that you might have to watch it twice to really find it hilarious. I have watched the season twice so far and I caught things that are really funny even the second time around. If you are interested in buying season 1, just do it you won't be disappointed.

The Best Comedy on Television

If you aren't watching Community, you're missing out on something incredible. It has a wonderful ensemble cast and amazing storylines. The plots are original and fresh and approached in a whole new way. They never treat their audience like they're idiots; they skillfully incorporate meta with pop culture movie and television references that sometimes include epic satirical send-ups of common genres, plot devices, and whole movies. Hands down, it's the most creative and hilarious comedy out there.

Hilarious show, great cast!

I actually bought this as a Christmas present for my sister. We watched a few episodes together, and I couldn't help but borrow it so that I could watch the whole season. It is a really hilarious show and the characters are great! I especially love the episode called "Modern Warfare" and the characters Abed (Danny Pudi) and Troy (Donald Glover). If you're looking for good laughs, this is definitely a show to watch!
