good for kids or people learning. The price is right if they drop it you are not out hundreds of dollars. On the other hand it is not near professional grade. I was not able to take close ups without them turning out blurry. The camera is light weight and easy to use.

Great camera for a beginner. Very easy to use. The auto option allows the camera to do the work for you, it takes good pictures.
This camera is what I need - simple and easy to use. Online customer support is a huge plus. They answered my questions within minutes, guided me to proper downloads on the Canon web site and offered more assistance should I need it. They were aware that I bought the camera used and still did not hold back information on how to operate it and troubleshoot problems. Excellent company, excellent product - I will buy Canon again!
