Very durable/reliable - well worth the money

We use this model at our company where we have found it to be both reliable and affordable. We have dropped these things many times and they are durable plus they provide good overall picture quality

Amazing little camera!! Basic functions and easy to use!

Any Canon you buy will give you amazing pictures, guaranteed! When it comes to cameras Canon should be first in mind. If you're trying to save money Kodaks have some of the best quality pictures for cheap cameras. And of course Nikons come close to Canons. This Canon has the minimum key features but you still get stuff like HD video and all your typical scene settings. Compared to the Canon ELPH, this one is not as solid built and is thicker but very lightweight. The plastic body can get scratched easily but this camera's so affordable--get a case for $2 online. This one's also very easy to use, you won't need to read the instructions--well, some of you will. Don't pay attention to Megapixels with other brands. For example, a 5MP Canon is equivalent to maybe a 10MP Olympus or Samsung. Trust me, if you've never owned a Canon make the switch today. This is a basic, practical camera with incredible quality pictures. Don't pay more than $100 new online for this one.

Canon PowerShot A 2200 an A+ for a Inexpensive, Quality Digital Camera.

This is a Great Camera. Decided to buy a new digital camera, to shoot pictures for my ebay items I was selling. Checked around and did a little research, and this canon model was the best choice I found. I wanted a camera with a battery pack I could charge, instead of the disposable batteries. Had cameras with AA batteries before and they just don't last. I love the rechargable battery with this one, and it does last a long time. I went ahead and bought a couple extra battery packs, so I would have a fresh battery while the other charges. Wanted to take quick pictures and add them to my ebay items, it works great for that. I just plug in the USB and import them, very quick. The Camera also takes a very nice quality picture. Not only at close up items, but pictures at a distance are very clear. Overall I am nothing but happy with this camera at the price they average you can not beat them. An A+ all the way.

Good product, not the best, but it is pretty useful.

I need a camera for a trip and I choose this camera because of its reviews and price. Now I have the opportunity to use it and I like the picture quality. It might not be the best, but for a point and shoot it is good. It is light and easy to store in the pockets. Its features are ok, yo can select many types to take pics. What I don't like is that the video isn't a great HD quality, but it is better than a VGA video. For a $130 bundle, the price is excellent, not the best camera, but it is quite good for amateur pictures.
