Product Description
• The X-Tour irons are designed for the higher level golfer seeking the feel of a forged iron and the core, playability technology Callaway is known for• The 1020 forged carbon face is laser welded onto the 1020 forged carbon body allowing Callaway engineers to provide desirable, soft feel in a forgiving clubhead• 2 piece design allows incorporation of Callaway’s 360 degree undercut channel with ”notch” weighting. This concentrates the perimeter weighting toward the heel and toe for increased MOI (moment of inertia) making the club more forgiving and consistent • Modified bore-through hosel creates longer hosel lengths lowering the center of gravity for enhanced playability • Cambered topline for more traditional aesthetics• Minimal offset, smaller head and squarer toe provide the look desired by many demanding golfers

About the Manufacturer
The story of Callaway Golf begins with the company’s founder and namesake Ely Callaway, a passionate businessman and well known figure in the game of Golf. The company got its start when Mr. Callaway bought a small wedge and putter company called “Hickory Stick USA”, which later became “Callaway Hickory Stick USA” and eventually “Callaway Golf”. From the beginning the company was committed to producing quality product for golfers of all skill levels. Mr. Callaway called it “Demonstrably Superior and Pleasingly Different” (DPSD) golf clubs. Though the company has grown exponentially since it’s modest start in 1982 (when Mr.Callaway would deliver product himself from the back of his Cadillac) the commitment to innovation and quality remains. Now a publicly traded company, Callaway is one of the most visible names in golf with a product line that encompasses the full spectrum of equipment and accessories including drivers, irons, wedges, putters and balls. Callaway golf also owns Top-Flite Golf Company, Odyssey Putters, Ben Hogan and Strata Brands.

Great Club

Created: 12/31/06
I'm a single handicap golfer, and this is because of my short game. I don't drive the ball very far because of back problems, but once I'm around the green I feel like I can put in the hole. I tried the X-Tour because of the name, and the club lives up to the name.

This is one of those clubs that when you pick it up, it feels different, it feels very balanced. It almost seems like it swings itself. I am able to control the ball with this club. When I want it to drop and stop, I can do it with the club. When I want the ball to hit and roll, I can do it with this club as well. All around great club.

60 degree Callaway X- tour wedge

Created: 09/03/06
I needed something for 60 yards in, nothing wrong with the club when I hid it right it's great. I still need a little time before I can really save a bunch of strokes. I have not used a 60 degree wedge in several years.

I currently own a callaway 60 degree wedge chrome finish, one reason for purchasing the oil can finish (60 degree wedge) was due to the glare off of the chrome finish, when looking down at the ball on very sunny days it can be blinding. Also the chrome finish club seems to be losing it's action or spin on the ball.I play twice a week if possible and carry a 5 hc, with this wedge I hope to lower that number.

The wedge is like new and has helped my game a lot! One of the best buys I've made! I can put a lot of spin on the ball and make it stop on a sime!
