Cabela's Survival - Shadows of Katmai (Wii, 2011)

This video game is pretty good but, you kill the wolfs over and over again. Once in a while you kill a Bear, Moose, or a Mt. lion. You have to climb the rock walls and it gets annoying sometimes. The graphics aren't that good but, the wii doesn't have good graphis anyway. If yor planning to get the elite crap, buy the game first and then buy the elite gun. I think if you get the game for less than $25 it good but, higher not really. I hope this helped some of you!!!

Excellent game, great graphics- however, I beat the game in story mode in about 3 hours. They would do well to remake the game in the future with tons more features, and an increased difficulty for the story mode. Plus, the abilities that you have to dig for things, and the lack of being able to really hunt for your survival are rather stupid (for instance, you just hunt moose, and you don't even have to carry them back or fend off wolves while going to get the meat). The fact that you are following in an old miner's footsteps, and then not finding any gold at all...doesn't make much sense- maybe I just like more adventure- but it could have been an unbelievable game, and instead was just so-so...

A good challenge ,but almost too much action and reading the screen while fighting animals is hard. Better then beating it quickly.Finally they got one right!
