Fantastic sound! Best simulated surround sound out!!

The Bose Cinemate GS series II is the best out there! The sound that it produces is amazing! It brings my movies to life and gives the high treble that we seek and the low bass I have wanted. When watching sports events, its almost as if you are there; watching the sport live! I would recommend this sound system to anyone. It's setup takes no more than 10 minutes, a 10 year old could set it up! If your seeking a surround sound-like experience and do not care to spend thousand on a good 7.1 or 10.1 system, the Bose Cinemate GS series II system is the ONLY way to go!

Bose Cinemate Series II Home Theater System

The Bose Cinemate II Home Theater system is a complete system consisting of two powered speakers and a central controling base unit. Although the system can not be expanded by adding more speakers, it really isn't needed. The base unit automatically takes into acount the size of the room and adjusts the right and left speakers' output. The system is quite small and easily hidden in a room, or mounted in sight. My only complaint of this Bose system is it's a bit more expensive than it needs to be, but that's just typical Bose.

You wouldn't think of watching your TV with half the screen blacked out, but watching TV without the Bose CineMate II is almost the same thing.

We have a 52 Inch Large Screen Television, but the stock TV speakers are totally inadequate to let you hear all the sound information that is actually present in the signal. This is exspecially true when watching movies, where the music and audio effects add so much to the experience.

The CineMate II makes movies in our living room sound just like they do in the theater. The high frequencies are crystal clear and the deep low end response is fantastic. This system is as great an improvement to home television sound as large screen and High Definition is to video.

You dont have to be an electronics expert to make it work. The directions were easy to follow, and I had it working ten minutes after I got it out of the box. Bose is definitely the last word in TV Sound!

Simply Great

I love this Bose CineMate II. From the time I opened the box till I was using it was 20 minutes. It was so easy to set up and the sound is nothing short of GREAT. I've always wanted a Bose and I know now that it was the best choice. I did a lot of research before buying this system and it really payed off in a big way with crystal clear sound yet not taking up a ton of room. If there is a down side, it is the remote. It works great but is very small and could be easy to loose. If the remote is lost there is no way to turn the system on or adjust the volume because there is not any buttons on the system, just the remote. But what you get out of the system in ways of performance far out weighs a little thing like a remote. I recommend this system to anyone who likes theater quality sound in there homes. Thanks to Bose for making a great system!

Awesome system. Great sound! Premium quality speakers, you can adjust the base to your liking. One of the best Home Theater sounds that you'll ever get. Fills up the room, great to watch movies with and listen to music.
