Movie synopsis
The Boondock Saints is an action comedy movie that follows the lives of two young brothers who are vigilantes who work in the name of justice. Pursued by the enigmatic Paul Smecker (played by Willem Dafoe), the two brothers (played by Sean Patrick Flanery and Norman Reedus) team up with their friend to rid the city of Boston of its evil criminals. With the police breathing down their neck and a city full of corrupt people, the two brothers challenge fate and the justice system in this action thriller. As Irish fraternal twins, the two brothers keep to tradition through prayer and the placement of coins on their dead victims. The Boondock Saints is an action comedy due to its dark humor and incredible fire fight scenes. The Blu-ray Disc of this film brings high definition quality to all of the fight scenes, dialogue, and humor that the movie is known for. Boondock Saints

The quality of this Blu-Ray movie is exceptional. Makes it a complete joy to watch this movie again for about the 100th time. This is one of my all time favorite movies and own it both in regular DVD and now Blu-Ray. I must admit that the Blu-Ray is well worth the extra money as the picture is just unbelievable....
The movie is about two brothers that take the law into their own hands. They believe in the biblical eye for an eye punishment and are tired of the courts letting crooks go over technicalities. They dispense their own brand of judgement on those that deserve it and quickly find themselves even being quietly praised by the police and FBI. This movie has become a cult classic and is one that I believe everyone should see.

Boondock Saints, awesome movie

I saw this movie for the first time in a tattoo shop and it looked pretty good. I decided to rent it and absolutely loved it. On Blu-Ray, it looks great, sounds great and is definitely worth it. It is a very underrated movie, watch it!

Boondock Saints- Blu-Ray

Kickass Movie. This is VERY intelligently written and looks so good in Blu-Ray.
Do yourself a favor and watch it once with sound, once with director commentary and once with commentary by Billy Connolly using subtitles. (sp?) It will have you laughing your ass off as well as being one of the best "cult" moviies in years.

best movie ever

this is probably the best movie of all time. the brothers are awsome. cool and calm. the action is great and the story. part 2 is out but dont see it without seeing this masterpiece first
