Really nice addition to our new collection of games to use with our newly purchased xbox360 kinect. We are first time ever gamers and we need the exercise both physical and cognitive! I like that you are playing games and don't tend to realize you were exercising until the next day when the muscle soreness kicks in! Not so much with this game but with the others for fitness definately. This game is great fun, and wonderful practice for brain health and longevity. The game seems a little behind the times as it doesn't speak directions to you but write them out to be read...but then again maybe that is more of the sensory involvement that forces the eyes and brain to work together from the start!A definite must have!!
I love mind games, puzzles and such and to me this one fell into that category. As u get older they say u need to keep your mind active and i think this one game will do that. Some of it is really hard and u not only use your brain but body too. U will see how fast u can think. Its very challenging but fun
Looks very simple, but it's not. Excellent game for your mind and body. Use it every day to chart your progress with the goal of making your brain younger and younger every day. You start with a baseline reading and try to improve upon that every day that you log in to do a brain/body test. Need good hand/eye coordination.
The entire family had a blast with this. The kids are even playing on their own. At first they were hesitant, being kids they saw math; not fun. I would reccommend this to anyone
