|Born from the unnatural union of vampire and human, BloodRayne is blessed with the powers of a vampire but cursed with the unquenchable thirst for blood and a weakness to sunlight. BloodRayne 2 challenges the supernatural anti-heroine with her most personal battle yet as she hunts down each of her wicked siblings who are carrying on the legacy of their dead father. Expanding on the predecessor, BloodRayne 2 includes new in-game dynamics such as pole combat, rail sliding and advanced melee fighting with fatality moves. Built upon a modified version of the Infernal Engine, BloodRayne 2 introduces threatening new bosses, all new environments set within a huge modern day city, a range of new supernatural powers and new motion-captured movements complete with soft-body physics.|

Graphics: Personally I think the graphics a pretty darn good. Its not realism, but for animated feeling graphics its very good. And in this game, more realistic graphics just wouldn't work. Rayne herself of course is gorgeous, and do please remember that games are rated for a reason. There is a lot of blood, but if you don't want blood, don't play a vampire game. I found the blood to be EVERYWHERE but with an animae feeling which is not gory. The backgrounds and environments are good, actually at times I had fun admiring and or interacting with things like a giant globe and a great park. As well, since you can interact with much of the environment I liked that the things that "work" didn't stick out like sore thumbs.
Game play: The cheats available for this game are in some cases fun, in other cases, almost necessary as it can be HARD! I like that you can switch up her outfits, something is fun about a vampire lady feasting on a person she's piggy backing on while wearing an evening gown. I like the story, I didn't play the first one and I didn't feel like I needed too to follow the storyline. The controls are easy to get the hang of, which is good since I didn't get further than 10 minutes into Prince of Persia and can't "drift" to save my life. At least one of the bosses is hard if not slightly confusing, but the rest you are pretty prepared for through game play. I can't wait for number three.
Sounds: I like the voices and the voice acting. Background sound changes with the environments, I don't remember any of them bothering me. Though I guess "I have rage" can becoming annoying to hear once in a while.
Replayability: I refuse to get rid of the game so I can play it again, during that magical time when I have time and I'm not in the middle of another game. I'd do it once with cheats and once without.
Its not the best game I've ever played, but it is in my top 5. I'm not positive its for everyone. The game play is rather linear and there is often a exact sequence which must be performed to continue.
BloodRayne 2 is a good solid game sequel. Like in the first one you play as Rayne a half human, half vampire only this time around 70 years as gone by since the last one putting the game in the present instead of the '30s to early 40's. The game as great graphics and good controls.Any fan of the first will want to pick up this game.
THEY ALSO LIKE THIS SECOND VERSION OF BLOODRAYNE..THEY LIKE THE COOL OUTFITS & SCENES AS WELL.. COOL MOVES & GREAT TO PLAY.. THEY ENJOYED IT ALSO GIVES IT A 10 STAR RATING FOR THE GAME..TYTYTYTY
Bloodrayne 2 is considerably different than the first game, with improved graphics, different and improved moves, very good movie sequences as well. A considerable T&A factor may turn off some, and I don't consider it acceptable for younger players, BUT I LIKE IT!
Fun game. I liked the first one and decided tot ry out the second. I like buying used games off of ebay because they are often cheaper than retail used game stores.
