This is put out by the World Dance of New York, whose musical presentations and exercise offerings are the absolute greatest. Buy it. You'll like it! The actual title is Belly Dance for Body Sculpting - Abs

This Dvd is not for beginner belly dancers like myself. You have to already know the dance moves to follow along. She warms you up with quick arm movements and then immediately goes into dance without teaching you the moves first. I would recommend this Dvd to seasoned belly dancers, not beginners.

I have taken dance lessons for 7 years, and this was very hard to follow. I have never taken belly dance lessons and thought this would be a good way to learn... I was WRONG.
