Look, the only good flea is a dead flea! I've been using Advantage for over 10 years now and have tried all the rest! You can't get me to change. Fleas are the major cause of tape worms, keep your animal flea free forget about the worms! Advantage will also take care of tick and lice problems as well. I have been in the animal rescue field 22 years now and normally buy Advantage Blue for Dogs over 55 lbs. (5ml) I put all of the Advantage in a dark eye dropper bottle and meter it out with the eye dropper! This saves us an extreme amount of money! One Blue for dogs (5ml) will dose 6 cats at 12 lbs.(.08ml) each or 12 cats under 12 lbs.(.04ml)each or two dogs under 20 lbs.(2.5ml) each! Same Advantage formulation is used for for cat or dog! It's all in the cost of Packaging! Just check the dosage requirement for your dog or cat weight! Heck, we use Advantage on opossums, raccoons and skunks. I do not recommend Advantage on squirrels! Instead, use a topical powder. Score a big plus and buy Advantage, a Bayer HealthCare product. Hey, one more thing, if your animal for whatever reason gets worms, Bayer has introduced, ProFend, it works just like Advantage! No more trying to pill your dog or cat with Drontal or Droncit! The best flea and tick treatment available

This is the best flea and tick meds available. I have two dogs that had developed a fairly serious flea problem. My oldest dog had just about chewed all the hair off his behind. About three hours after application, my dogs just stopped scratching. A full twenty four hours later the fleas were completely gone! My oldest dog grew his hair back after a week of treatment. The product is simple to use. You just put a few drops of the product down the dogs back and you don't do anything until it is time for their next treatment. It is a once a month application. Now instead of scratching and whining all day they lay around on the couch. I wonder if Advantage makes an anti furniture treatment? I highly recommend this product for anyone with dogs.

AFFORDABLE CARE FOR YOUR PETS

Being on a limited budget like lots of us I have a small Skipperkee dog. Shopping around for flea/tick control products I got a wide range of prices. I went ahead and purchased this Advantage which was for dogs twice her size. I'm using half the recommended amount each month. This price was better than anything found locally.

Great flea control, for cats also with a syringe kit for dosage control.

I use the dog product with a syringe kit to administer the correct dose for my 2 cats; which means I have a couple of years worth of flea treatment (but not ticks or ear mites) for one low price. Advantage supposedly stays on the skin which may be less invasive than Revolution (works on everything) which enters their bloodstream. One vet says fleas have evolved an immunity to Frontline; the other vet says they haven't. I alternate all 3 products using only 1 at a time. Revolution needs a prescription and I only use it as a last resort if there's an earmite problem which causes dermatitis on one of my cats that has an allergy to earmites. Advantage is perhaps the best for fleas.

Advantage is the BEST when it comes to fighting fleas!!

My dog has a HORRIBLE flea saliva allergy. If she gets even one flea bite, her entire body breaks out into hives and her hair falls out. I have to apply Advantage once every 3 weeks to try and keep this under control. I even tried a prescription drug that the veterinarian prescribed to her that was very pricey; but nothing compares to the Advantage. I highly recommend choosing this over any of the other flea controls.
