Baldurs' Gate II shadows of Amn/ Throne of Bhaal.

Shadows of Amn.

In this game you must pay attention to all the things that are happening. there are weapons that are sweet in the right hands as well. If you have a paladin Character and want the best paladin weapon you have to defeat a red dragon. hidden items throughout the game make this game replayable over and over again. There are several characters reappearing in this game from the first one. Imoen (who happens to be the P.C.'s half sister) Jaheira, Minsc and boo, also in the theives guild you run across Edwin (the man who wanted to kill Minsc's ward in the first game) out wit badnits topple a plot to destroy the old theives guild (which come to think of it happens a bit in the baulders' gate series) and save the world.

Throne of Bhaal.

The last battle of the Bhaal spawns is coming. Five of your half siblings have joined forces to kill every last bhaal spawn to resurect their evil father and serve as his right hand men. (One of which has no plans to let this actually happen.) There is a ward around the city that prevents people from Teleporting away as would be advised. however the P.C. is able to pull himself into the elemental plane of murder (having been there once before in his fight with Jon Irrenicus.) take on the five Bhaal spawns one at a time with a legion of their followers. Over come challenges that leaves certain ones immune to your attacks and face the last of your father's Priesthood. Talk with Cyric (temporary custodian of the god of murder), Fight the Ravager, Choose to become God(dess) or choose to give it all up and leave Cyric the official god of murder. Your choices alone matter in the fate of this realm.

(Note to play with a party completely of your creation create a TCP/IPX game and assign all control to yourself)

Enter the watchers Keep and meet Demigorgon. The Prince of all demons. You may choose to fight the demon or you may choose to send the watchers of Helm down to the bottom of the tower leading them to believe you have killed the beast. (This is part of Shadows of Amn however it can not be done without the Throne of Bhaal expansion pack installed.)

Great game for older systems

If you like role playing games, and you have an older system, this is the game for you. I am running it on an old tablet pc (HP TC1100) with good success.

Playability

This game is totaly different every time you play it !the story lines remain the same but every battle is definatly not the same. the graphics are very very good for an older game its definatly true d&d gaming at its best .

I decided to buy this game again because its that darn good .if you havnt played this game yet get it youll love it especially if you like true d&d style games. the only thing i dislike about the game is the speed that the charactors move i think they should move a little bit faster but thats what the boots of speed are for.

Amazing

This pakage is amazing, 2 games for the price of 1. One of the best role playing dungeon and dragons style game out there. I highly recommend everyone who likes this genre of game try it.

Baldur's Gate Series: One of the Best of All Time!!!

I'm a big Baldur's Gate fan, and never had purchased the sequel back in the day. So, I re-played Baldur's Gate again this Winter and decided to get the Sword Coast expansion pack and Baldur's Gate II along with the throne of Bhaal expansion. The games are all great and the closest experience I've ever had to the Dungeons and Dragons game as I remembered playing it when I was a kid.

Just a heads up, I'm a guy that loves to have the actual guide. When you buy the collection, it does not come with the book size guide, so I had to buy that separately.
