I have owned one of this phone for about 3 years now and had no problems!. I bought mine brand new and have taken good care of mine. (never exposed my to water or droped it or left in a hot car. Heat is the killer of all electronics!!) Some people have problems with the phone probably due to operator abuse or neglect.
Nice size and easy to operate if you take the time to read your manual. I recommend you buy the leather case for it to save the phone from everyday use.
Wrote this report A few years back. Happy to say I owed this phone for now 8 years now. Bought it in 2003. It is now 2011 and no problems with it other than a few scratches.
Have had 2 phones and can't get them to work. The ringer was out on one and the other has a bad mike and can't talk on it.
The toggle switch in the middle is difficult to control and the letters on text messages is very small and difficult to read.
But, it does look good. Too bad neither phone has worked for us.
We got the phone on time. It was working at first. Then the volume didn't work when someone tried to call me and it was a headache. It still doesn't work and I am gonna buy a new and better phone.
I've owned two of this type of phones for 5 years, never had any trouble with either one. They are very durable. But like anything else, they have to be taken care of
I could not use the phone. It was water damaged and could not be charged. I returned it to the vendor who promised a new one but then could not find one.
