Apple's iPhone 4S has a faster processor and an upgraded camera, all the benefits of iOS 5, and a useful and immensely fun voice assistant. Call quality on the Sprint model is admirable, and the data speeds, while certainly not 4G, get the job done.
It's about time we get a larger screen.
The iPhone 4S isn't the king of cell phones, but it's part of the royal family nonetheless. Even without 4G and a giant screen, this phone's smart(ass) voice assistant, Siri, the benefits of iOS 5, and its spectacular camera make it a top choice for anyone ready to upgrade.

I had to get a new iPhone for my son because he damaged his other one. He has had an iPhone in the past and he says that it's very easy to use and manipulate and he loves the features.
I have owned several Apple products throughout the years since the company started and sold them. I had mixed feelings about getting the iPhone since so many people were using the droid. I too did and even had sales people tell me not to get an iPhone...however I usually never do what others tell me and seriously bought it for the cuteness, and because the functionality seemed really cool. Well, since I bought my phone I can truly say that I love it.
I would only ask that Apple figure out how to get the speakers to produce better sound, and volume. And more memory, if you are like most, don't you just have a ton of music you always want to listen to?
I look forward to the day I can upgrade and get a larger gig capability.
I have always been an android lover but kept getting frustrated over the battery life. I didn't like iphone at first. I bought my phone used and within a month accidentally dropped it and shattered the screen. I was able to get it fixed and apparently it had been repaired before. There is also some indication that the charge area has been previously exposed to water. I'll have to have this repaired as well. Luckily I know someone who is inexpensive and does so as a hobby. Is strongly recommend buying a hard protective case and not those flat cute cases. I bought a military shockproof, water resistant knockoff case and it works wonderfully. I love the camera on my iphone it takes quick repetitive shots way faster than any android. All in all it's easy to use and user friendly. I will be buying one for my husband.
I love this phone. The new iOS7 took a little getting used to (especially with the "bottom-up" menu), but once I got the hang of it, I like it a lot better than the previous iOS. The battery life on this phone seems a bit short, however (at the time that I received it), it is 2 years old, so that may play a part.
I just love this phone. I had just purchased this phone but it was stolen. I thought that I was double covered by my insurance because I had Square Trade and Apple I Care insurance, however, little did I know that neither of these insurances cover theft. So, a word to the wise, after you purchase your iPhone, go to the AT&T Center and purchase their insurance. It is the only one that covers theft!! Now, back to the phone, the ease of use is phenomenal!! Apts are myriad and you never drop a call!!! You won't have to charge it frequently as long as you close your apts after you use them. As I said previously, I just love this phone!!!
