    New aluminum unibody construction comes to the 17-inch model; useful multitouch trackpad gestures; attractive edge-to-edge glass on display; dual graphics provide more power or more battery life.

  • THE BAD

    All-clicking trackpad is a bit awkward; matte screen option costs extra; switching GPUs is not as seamless as it should be.

  • THE BOTTOM LINE

    A little late to the party, Apple's redesigned 17-inch MacBook Pro joins the 15-inch model with a redesigned aluminum body, new trackpad with expanded functionality, and a dual-graphics setup for either longer battery life or better performance.

    MacBook Pro

    Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

    Hard drive failed after one month of useage. Not a good result for this product purchase. Buying a used laptop has some risks you should be prepared to accept or not use this method.

    Awesome laptop, especially when upgraded for cheap...

    Bought it cheap, by waiting for a great condition laptop of last years model, upgraded it to 8Gb RAM and 500Gb Hybrid SSD hard drive for less than 400 bucks. Can't complain about that. Definitely a smart way to go.

    Finest Lil' Laptop in Town

    I've been a Mac user for close to 20 years and this is my first venture into Laptop territory. I couldn't be more pleased. I got it because my trusty G4 is going on 11 years old and I was preparing to visit a friend where there is ONLY wi-fi.

    My purchase of this unit from electronic-king-inc went flawlessly. There were a few questions that each of us had and the seller responded nearly immediately each time.

    As this is going to be my primary link to the eworld, I decided to go with the 17" model, even though there is the option of using a separate monitor and keyboard with the smaller models, that is sometimes cumbersome.

    Ten years from now, I'll be looking for another Mac laptop, I can only hope that electronic-king-inc is still a seller on eBay.

    Great Macbook Pro Purchase!

    Love this Macbook. The battery life is much longer than a pc. I run photoshop and Illustrator on it with NO problems. Love the screen, it is WONDERFUL purchase and I would def. buy another one!

    4 A Good Cause.

    I Entered This Raffle Because It Was A Charitable Event And I Know How It Feels To Have To Be Donated Too, But I Also Really Need This Macbook Beacause I'm A Full Time Student In College And I'm Majoring In Music Production & I.T (Computers) And This Really Help Me As Far As My Musical Homework And It Would Help Me In I.T As Well Because I Can Become Certified Engineer With Mac. Since I'm A FULL Time Student I Can't Work & My Family Can't Afford One For Me Right Now And It's Gonna Be Like That For A While. I Don't Like Praying For Material Things, But I Really Hope And Pray That The Lord Shows Favor To Me In This Raffle. I Know I'm Not The Only One That Deserves/ Needs It Because Anyone Who Ever Ented This Raffle Is In Some Need Of It, So Whoever Wins I'm Just Happy Something Great Came Out Of This, Peace.
