I am thrilled with the macbook pro - it was delivered on time, and packaged perfectly. The condition of the laptop was pristine - as described in the listing. I am now using it for both business and pleasure to great effect.
Buying applecare was effortless - simply done by registering the product and purchasing from the apple website.
Ive taken it to the Applestore genius bar once since Ive been using it to iron out a few kinks, that were the result of my own data transfers from my old macbook to the new macbook pro, but aside from that it is a fully functioning machine.
Runs all software without a hiccup - Photoshop/Illustrator CS5; Microsoft word, powerpoint, excel, outlook etc.

It is definitely one of the best product I have. It is a great desktop substitute if you don't own one. Apple's product focus on user experience which makes the MacBook Pro extremely easy to use. Love it and will continue to buy Apple.
