    CPU updates offer big leaps in performance; phenomenal battery life; excellent ergonomics, keyboard, and large, smooth, multitouch clickpad are still among the best available; 720p HD Webcam.

  • THE BAD

    Graphics performance is slightly worse than last year's 13-inch Pro; 13-inch screen resolution still low compared with the MacBook Air; Thunderbolt port still an unknown until accessories become available; limited upgrade options; expensive; no HDMI or Blu-ray.

  • THE BOTTOM LINE

    Despite retaining the same price and look as last year's model, the new 13-inch MacBook Pro's significant CPU updates and fantastic battery life make it one of the top laptops we've reviewed, provided you can live with passable integrated graphics.

Best money spent since buying our home

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

We purchased this lap top for my teenager for Christmas and it was the best money spent in a long time. My wife has a 2008 model and there is a significant difference in graphics and speed. My son loves it and couldn't be happier. He thinks he's a "Mac" now (no pun intended) allen.wells@leggett.com but I call him macaroni.

Great product

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

This is the best Mac that I had so far and all my investment is worthwhile. It is fast and stylish. All other Macs that I had lasted for 10 years! So, it is a good saving on tech when you buy this Mac! :)

Good Pc, i like it, it rather expensive for the specs u get, osx makes up

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

This is a gret machine, really fast and powerful. Doesn't really make u wait. It is very light which makes it a very portable device so it is not a nuisance to carry around. the only drawback for me is that because i was a windows user all my life, and this was a leap of faith change for me. I hate that i have to get mac versions for everything and there are many things that dont have a mac version so i am left out like a leopard. Otherwise its a terrific machine and the multi-touch pad is a winner.
