Classic, no longer made Black MacBook.
It does show fingerprints, so if this bugs you, buy a "hard cover", which protects and resolves the finger print issue.
These aren't the newest processors, so some processor intensive programs are slow, or may not work at all, but you knew this already if your considering going to classic Black.
Very easy to work on/in.
HD and RAM a piece of cake to upgrade.
All Mac's can be over RAMed, this model can take 4 GB, but recognizes 3 GB, instead of the 2 GB that Apple says is the max(www.everymac.com)
Your buying a used machine, remember that when you want it to be "new" out of the box when you get it. Hopefully, the previous owner was anal and felt as you do about the machine.
I bought mine, because the last hardware update from Apple, didn't refresh there 13's as much as I had hoped, and I didn't want to be forced into getting a 15" for the horsepower I wanted, but at a much heftier price!

Apple Macbook is the bentley of all computers and top of the line regarding quality. The old saying is you get what you pay for and it's definitely worth the price. I have purchased 6 PC laptops over the course of a year and they don't compare to a Mac. All the wasted dollars I spent, I could have gotten at least 2 more macs. No issues and the operating system runs circles around microsoft. I am glad it now comes in a 13" which is convenient for the person on the go. Battery life is amazing though it dead and now i have to buy a new one.

My very first Mac! This computer amazes me! I decide to buy it after talking to a retired IT tech from IBM who told me his entire department had Mac s because they don't get viruses (I just had computer #3 crash with a virus).

I found this computer to be fast, easy to use, and best of all, I don't need to spend $150 a year for anti-virus protection that never works and wait 5 minutes after I turn the thing on to start using it. YAH!!!! I was so impressed, I bought a white one same model a week later for my daughter!

To all you virus sufferers out there - GET A MAC!!!

Smooth LapTop Transaction

I purchased my black macbook and was very skeptical due to it being used. But I did my research and couldn't have had found a better seller. The laptop was just as described and worked flawlessly and smoothly. The best part was it had gotten shipped so fast. I had won the item on Friday afternoon and the notebook was at my door Monday Morning. If your like me on ebay, when I win something I want it now.

It was a good experience and will relish the notebook for years.
