Movie synopsis
"Alice in Wonderland" is a Disney adaptation of Lewis Carroll's classic children's story of the same name. In the cartoon, Alice is a young girl with a big imagination. When she chases after a white rabbit, she finds herself falling through a rabbit hole into the magical world of Wonderland, where she meets an odd assortment of characters, including the Caterpillar and the Cheshire Cat. During her adventures, Alice manages to save Wonderland from the evil queen. Disney studios began production of "Alice in Wonderland" in 1939, and it took the studio until 1951 to finally release the cartoon. This "Un-Anniversary Special Edition" two-disc set includes a reflection back on the making of the movie, a deleted scene, and a selection of on-disc games. The two-disc set includes the feature film in a re-mastered version for brighter and more visually appealing animations. "Alice in Wonderland" also includes sing-along songs in a karaoke style that will have the whole family engaged.

All time family movie.

Alice in Wonderland is an all time family favorite. This is an appropriate movie for children and is animated enough to keep their attention. Also, many of these Disney movies have references to real life stories through time and the kids pick up on it. I had this movie when I was a little girl and I wanted it for my daughter.

UNANNIVERSARY EDITION ALICE.

THIS IS ANOTHER MUST HAVE FOR THE DISNEY COLLECTION. IT HAS NEW AND NEVER BEFORE SEEN DELETED SCENES, PLUS THE QUALITY IS MUCH BETTER, WELL WORTH BUYING AND LOOKS GOOD IN ANY DISNEY COLLECETION. AND THE FILM, WELL A BIT WEIRD, BUT THAT'S ALICE IN WONDERLAND FOR YOU. BUT YOU MUST WATCH IT.

Great family movie!

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

I bought this DVD for my three-year-old daughter for Easter. All three of my kids fell in love with this movie from watching it on Netflix, and I was so happy to find it at such a great price on eBay after not being able to find it at all in any local stores (new or used)! The DVD is great, it has tons of extra features and my whole family loves it!

This is a treasure.

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

I don't have much to add to what has already been said about this DVD, as I was looking for the truest Carroll version, and this is it. Pay attention and you will notice the subtle difference between today's cartoons and the recognizable genius of productions by Walt Disney himself. It took 12 years for him to give us the definitive Alice, and it's an honor to have this in my collection.

Classic Disney Alice in Wonderland

Excellent classic Disney animation and storyline, but woah, I had forgotten about the multiple calls for "Off with her head!" in the final scene. Sadly not appropriate for my 3 year old due to the Queen, but we'll save Alice and enjoy it as a family in a few years.
