Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0 Classroom in a Book

I bought this book on the advice of a photography workshop instructor teaching digital photography. I have found the book and dvd that was included to be a great help to me, a novice photographer. You need average computer skills and it will take you through everything you need to know to enjoy your digital camera and much more. The book is well written and organized. I found the price on e-bay to be competive and lower than conventional markets.

Book very helpful; comes with a CD too

The book is very easy to understand with pictures to show examples of pictures and adjustments you can make (good or bad). It also tells you WHY you are making the changes, instead of just telling what to do. It is written by the people at Adobe Systems who created the program. It also comes with a CD (which I haven't looked at), but that made the book extra impressive to me. You don't have to read the book from cover to cover, if you are familiar with some procedures, but just want to learn certain things. It's great; I would definitely buy it again.
