The monitor is great. Lot's of contrast, and clear as a bell with more than adequate resolution.
With that said, I'm finding the screen a bit too wide. In order to see the whole screen at one time, I have to sit back a bit further back than I'd like to be. So it's size is kind of self-defeating for a guy like me. Obviously when I'm further away from the screen, I can't see details as well as I can when sitting at my normal distance. I also own a 21.6-inch widescreen ASUS that I actually prefer because of this distance issue. For some other people this might not be the case, but my personal sweet spot seems to be about 22-inch widescreen monitor width. My advice to any buyer is to try this out and see if you have this problem before you buy. I discovered this issue when on travel where I encountered a 30+ inch LCD widescreen TV that I realized I could only enjoy from about four feet away.

This monitor is great. So far, the best deal out there. The picture quality is stunning but a little over powering sometimes, may be too good for my little eyes. lol
I bought this computer to go with my editing station, I needed a Full HD monitor for such purposes and so far I am very impressed. It keeps up with any type of footage I load, no lag time and the colors are fantastic.
So far I have had no cons with this monitor except that I may get lost in there.

Pros: Picture is great
Sturdy Stand / Not Wobbly
Speakers are ok. Pretty good by cheap built in speaker standards
No dead/stuck pixels
No issues after a few months of use
Cons: It took me awhile to get the colors adjusted properly. They were pretty bad by default.
Other Thoughts: Great monitor, great price. I would recommend to anyone.

Pros: The screen is just amazing. The colors are vibrant and it's perfectly bright. I couldn't ask for a better monitor at this price. Just stunning visuals.
Cons: The only thing I don't like is the speakers. Even at max volume, they are really quiet. Not loud enough for gaming or anything. I just use my old speakers or 7.1 headset, anyways. No other cons, though
Other Thoughts: If they could boost the speakers, this monitor would be perfection

Great product, I bought a second one for my system. This monitor has better picture quality than the one (same exact one) I bought a year ago. The only thing I find somewhat annoying is that the source indicator and menu items aren't semi transparent. When they appear they stay on long enough that they are somewhat annoying. Or i'm just impatient.
