Product description
Product Information
Add one more to your enviable collection of the formerly used currencies by getting the 1932, Washington Quarter home. Released to celebrate the bicentennial birth day of America’s first president, this silver coin was minted as a tribute to the country’s patriot, George Washington. Hence, on the head of this Washington Quarter is engraved the side profile picture of George Washington and on the other side is the depiction of the presidential coat of arms. Weighing 6.25 g, the 1932, Washington Quarter was made up of 90 percent silver, 10 percent copper until 1965 when it was changed to a copper-nickel clad. Designed by New York sculptor, John Flanagan this Washington Quarter was coined at three different mints, Philadelphia (no mint mark), Denver (D) and San Francisco (S). With reeded edges, this silver coin not only prevents counterfeiting but also helps in its identification with just a touch. This Washington Quarter was a replacement for the standing liberty quarter in the 1932.

I PURCHASE A NICE COIN FOR A FAIR PRICE

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

I PURCHASED WASHINGTON 1932D AND I KNOW ITS WORTH ALOT OF MONEY IF IT IS GRADED RIGHT. I PAID A FAIR PRICE FOR THE COIN AND I HAVE NOT HAD IT GRADED. I TRY TO PURCHASE COINS IN THEIR FIRST YEARS OF EXISTENCE OR LAST YEAR WHEN THE PRICE IS HIGHER AND THE MINTAGE IS SOMETIMES IS LOWER.

Key Series Certified Coin at Fair Price

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

I purchased this coin because it is a "key" in the G.Washington quarter series and first year of issue. The coin was fairly represented by the seller at a fair price. It compared very favorably with similar coins of the same certified grade and felt it was the best coin for the grade within my budget.

Getting my collection complete at a reasonable price

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

You buy a coin book and suddenly you come accross a coin that blows the doors of all the others because of its key date.

Usually these key dates are not easy to buy.

You made this much less painful

Thanks.

Be cautious. I think my coin was improperly cleaned and over-graded.

No, I would not recommend this product.

Bought 1932S Wash Quarter advertised as MS63. I'd give it AU53 at best, and that's being generous. I'm going to seek a 3rd opinion, but right now I'd say it's been cleaned. There is wear on both sides and on the edges. There is pitting and scratching. A far cry from MS63. I probably paid $100 more than it would get after grading. After a 3rd opinion, if my assessment goes up, I will change my rating, but I have to call it as I see it: improperly cleaned and over-graded. It's still a 1932-S quarter, and it's in not-bad condition. I'll take responsibility for my bid and keep it, but had I been able to assess its quality from the photos, I would not have bid as high. It's value is closer to $220. If it was cleaned, then far less.

Great

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

I Have bought many of 1932 d and s. This buy was a good one. The 1932 d and s are Key dates to the Washington Quarter Series. I find it is best to buy certified Key Date coins. Preferably PCGS or NGC graded Coins. Some of the other companies are not reliable when coming to grade coins. Be Careful when you buy raw uncertified Key Dates as there are many that are not what they appear to be.
