Wow the Walking Liberty is my favorite big 90% silver coin no matter what the date. This coin has CLASS. Two of these and you have a hefty amount of silver in your hand (22.50 grams)
Lady Liberty walking towards the sun, it was a new day in a now long gone new era. They add up fast if your interntion is hoarding silver as a hedge against inflation, all the while you get to look at this Ag eye candy. Would I buy more, of course, can't get enough.
You don't use Historic coins, you collect them. this coin help complete the current collection I was working on.
Nice old piece of American History when America was a proud nation and looked up to by the rest of the world. Not so now but this coin is a good reminder of better days when 50 cents was worth 50 cents, a days wage for many.
These Walking Liberty Half Dollars are really Fine coins.
