Its a historic piece and if we could only imagine who may of had that coin in their pocket.90% silver/collectors value.Its a good coin to fill a danco album with and morgans are a good coin to start with for your kids "someday" collection.with any morgans you have to find a pretty one.The beat up ones don't really look good in a album as the au/bu on up.I look for a nice looking face"not alot of scratches or pits around the boarder of the coin,and the eagle as to look good too,not alot of wear in the wings and breast.The more detail in the breast the better the coin.

Who wouldn't like the hefty feel of a silver Morgan 1891 silver dollar in their hand.
At app. 3/4 oz troy of silver this is pretty heavy large 90% silver coin. They are a nice way to hoard precious metals against inflation, and are eye candy to the silver connoisseur. Drop one on a table top and you will remember the ring of silver forever.
The only thing negative about owing one is that you will always want another one to keep it company, I'll love my next Morgan just as much as I love this 1891!

I am very happy with this coin. I got the coin in the picture and it is even prettier in hand. Morgan dollars are beautiful coins.
