I like this DVD because I can pick and choose what part of my body to work out. It takes 10 minutes for each program and I can do it when I am short on time. I do my work out when my son goes to bed. That is the only time I have and the DVD is easy to follow. I don't have the motivation to do an hour or so long workout. I find I do two or three of the 10 minute workouts on this DVD and feel better without watch the clock.
I purchased this dvd on ebay to replace one I had just like it that had broken. I love this dvd because it is divided into 10 minute segments. If you don't have alot of time, you can do just one or two sections and do the others the next day. It's just challenging enough that with regular use you can see and feel results while still being enjoyable to do.
I've been using this workout for a few years and had to convert from VHS to DVD. It's broken up into 10 minute segments which is perfect if you only have time to one or two segments. I used the abs and thigh segments to get in shape for my wedding and it worked great.
Broken down in five 10-minute segments, you have the choice to do as much or as little as you would like. Best to do more than one of the segments for better results. One segment is generally not enough, but definitely better than nothing.
Easy to follow instructions, targets every part of the body for fast results. The 10 minute break up is a great way to exercise into a hectic life. 20 minutes in the morning, 30 minutes at night and in a week I saw positive results.
