With the single "Black and Yellow" peaking at number one on Billboard 100, people noticed the talent of Wiz Khalifa. The album, Rolling Papers, which spawned the song that catapulted the American rapper to international stardom, contains pop rap themed-songs such as "Roll Up," "On My Level," and "No Sleep." The album reached number two on the US Billboard 200 and became certified gold by the RIAA. From his early mixtape creation background, Wiz Khalifa traveled the route of many aspiring rappers in the US until he created his first album, "Show and Prove," which got the attention of Rolling Stone Magazine, declaring that the rapper as an artist to watch. His previous works lead him to landing a contract with Warner Bros. Records, and he produced singles such as "Say Yeah."
