Filmed predominantly in the United States, the show stars a host of actors including David Caruso, Emily Proctor, Adam Rodriguez, Khandi Alexander, Rory Cochrane, Kim Delaney, Eva LaRue, and Omar Bensen Miller. CSI Miami features a total of 232 episodes over 10 seasons. The shows fans are not limited to the US: in fact, a worldwide ratings study concluded that CSI Miami had the distinction of being named the "World’s Most Popular TV Show". Additional studies revealed that CSI: Miami showed up in more top ten viewing charts than did any other TV show. CSI: Miami has won more awards and collected more nominations than one could possibly list, including two Emmy Awards during its run, one for Outstanding Stunt Coordination and the other for Outstanding Cinematography for a Single Camera Series. Fans of CSI Miami can re-watch seasons one through nine on DVD. The release date for the tenth season on DVD has not yet been released. Reruns of the show can be watched on the AMC and Spike television networks. The show also inspired a number of mobile games that allow players to solve crimes alongside their favorite characters.
